You’re never going to reach your goals if you’re hiding at the back of a class or, worse, stuck on a cross trainer not really knowing what you’re doing. We’ll never let that happen. Whether you’re a beginner or an athlete, our world-class personal trainers are here to help you make the most of your time by giving you guidance, motivation, accountability and support as part of a focused, personalised training programme.
We don’t use the term world-class lightly, but when describing our expert and experienced trainers, it’s justified. Not only are they up-to-speed with the latest science, but they’re passionate about building our fun and unintimidating culture. And because we don’t use freelancers, and our permanent personal trainers stay for the long-term, you get the consistent care and support you need.
Your general health and well-being are as important to us as your physical fitness. Therefore giving you ample space in which to train is part of our commitment to maintaining a safe gym environment. In every one of your personal training sessions either within a group or on your own, you’ll have a minimum of 150 square foot to yourself! Think of it as your gym within a gym.
WHY THIS WORKS
With small group of no more than six, you get a similar level of attention as one-to-one but with a fun and inspiring group dynamic. It’s feeding off other like-minded members that spur you on and on. It’s also more flexible and the less expensive option, allowing you to make the most of the other parts of your membership. Everything is wrapped up together in one effective results-driven package.

CHRIS & KELLY
Chris has 24 years experience in the fitness industry with personal experience in competing in powerlifting, body building, and becoming the Super Human Games Champion and Multiple International Indoor Rowing Championship Gold Medals. Kelly has a career background in fashion and has an eye for details. Helping with the original vision of the epic rowing concept upstairs and club refurbishments.
I have been a trainer at Engine Room since the launch of small group personal training. Before becoming a trainer, I worked in performance analysis for Saracens RFC and Brumbies RFC in Australia. I absolutley love coming into Engine Room every day because seeing our members progress in both their strength and fitness is incredibly fulfilling and I feel very lucky to be part of so many peoples fitness journey! You won't miss a minute of my sessions because if you're late, expect some burpees...
Natasha has been in the Fitness Industry for over 5 Years. Her fitness journey started in competitive sports like Gymnastics and Judo. Then developed into a love for functional fitness. She now Coaches Olympic Lifting, Boxing and Pilates. Her vast variety of class coaching, brings a great variety to Personal Training. Her goal is to help create a healthy exercise routine for all, making healthier, happier members.
Originally from Nova Scotia, Canada - a place that boasts natural beauty - rolling sea, lush green forests, lakes and farmland. Bailey is a seriously good cook! So please get chatting to him about all things food & nutrition! A keen runner, lifter and from time to time Yogi!
