We don’t use the term world-class lightly, but when describing our expert and experienced trainers, it’s justified. Not only are they up-to-speed with the latest science, but they’re passionate about building our fun and unintimidating culture. And because we don’t use freelancers, and our permanent personal trainers stay for the long-term, you get the consistent care and support you need.

PERSONAL SPACE

Your general health and well-being are as important to us as your physical fitness. Therefore giving you ample space in which to train is part of our commitment to maintaining a safe gym environment. In every one of your personal training sessions either within a group or on your own, you’ll have a minimum of 150 square foot to yourself! Think of it as your gym within a gym.

WHY THIS WORKS

With small group of no more than six, you get a similar level of attention as one-to-one but with a fun and inspiring group dynamic. It’s feeding off other like-minded members that spur you on and on. It’s also more flexible and the less expensive option, allowing you to make the most of the other parts of your membership. Everything is wrapped up together in one effective results-driven package.

Kelly & Chris

CO-FOUNDERS

Dinosaur of the fitness game, Chris, our Founder has been in the Fitness Industry now for 27 years. Chris likes nothing more than to push you beyond your limits and get you results, whatever they might be. Chris’ clientele includes a need for a vast array of goals like body transformation, teen/ youth fitness & strength, both for Sports Performance and also just gym/fitness confidence, injury rehabilitation and prevention, preparations for Powerlifting competitions, Physique show preparations, Indoor/Outdoor Rowing Competitions both Youth and Masters Athletes, Hyrox Preparation, help with age related diseases and general health & fitness. Some of Chris’ fitness achievements include winning international Indoor Rowing events from 500m-2,000m, running the London Marathon, running a 100km Ultra Marathon, Competing in Powerlifting, Competing in a Physique show - Miami Pro, winning both the Super Human Games and Turf Games Engine workouts. Kelly has a career background in fashion and has an eye for details. Helping with the original vision of the epic rowing concept upstairs and club refurbishments.

MILLIE

COACH

Enthusiastic, supportive & empathetic is how we would be best describe our countryside born coach, Millie Some of Millie’s fitness achievements include playing at national standard in field hockey, red belt Tae-Kwon Do & various levels in contemporary and modern dance. After finishing her degree in Sport & Exercise Science at Oxford Brookes University and qualifying as a personal trainer, Millie starting 1-1 coaching in her local gym, specialising in functional strength training, with a keen interest in encouraging women to start lifting. She believes confidence is the greatest thing she can give to her clients, through knowledgeable and technical training techniques paired with unwavering support and motivation. Millie’s passion has always been within powerlifting, however after recently completing her first half marathon and competing in her first Hyrox, she now adopts a more functional and well-rounded approach to her training, focusing on strength & conditioning. Millie’s next goal is 2 upcoming Hyrox’s in 2024 & a long awaited powerlifting comp.

HARRY

HEAD COACH

Harry Our Gym Manager, Harry is a big & friendly Northern giant. He stands at 6”6” so you certainly won’t miss him if popping in for a workout! Don’t let that fool you though, Harry is firm but fair and always pushing his own fitness so expect a good dose of empathy during his sessions. He trained as a Strength and Conditioning coach for 4 years, and has worked with professional athletes from a variety of sports including Rugby & Football. Not only does he have a variety of experience across the top end of sport, but boast great success of working with under 18s at the York City Knights RLFC, taking them from school boys, to professional athletes. He does this via a combination of a scientific approach to programming, whilst also maintaining the enjoyment of training and playing. Harry is flexible, creative and aims to build a long standing relationship between you and physical performance Harry is an Ex Rugby player from 5 to 27, who has now started working towards hybrid training (a combination of strength work, and aerobic conditioning), with the aim of doing the Ibiza half marathon in April. Although this definitely won't be the last fitness challenge he tests himself with.

TASH

COACH

Friendly, upbeat and energetic is how we would describe Oxford born Triplet Tash. After qualifying as a coach nearly 10 years ago she has followed different approaches and specialities within the industry. Some of which are centred around Pilates, Boxing and Olympic Lifting. Her professional experience spans across class instruction, injury rehabilitation and weight loss. Via a very personal approach she likes to tailor her client’s training towards longevity and overall health. Through coaching quality of movement and building a solid base of strength and flexibility. Tash is super approachable and always at hand to motivate you to achieve your health/fitness goals. Some of Tash’s fitness achievements include competing regionally in Gymnastics and Judo and recently completing the Philadelphia Half Marathon. Her training style is focused around strength and endurance, she is currently working on improving her long distance running. Tash’s next goal is her first Marathon in Ibiza early next year.

BAILEY

COACH

Calm and collected is how we best describe our Canadian born coach, Bailey. He likes to make training holistic and fun. Certified via OPEX, a global thought leading company within the fitness industry. With a kind and understanding demeanour you can expect him to be fully committed to helping you reach your goals, supporting you every step of your journey. Holding you accountable on and off the gym floor. He is dedicated to creating feasible changes that lead to long-term health and well-being. Some of Bailey’s fitness achievements include running multiple half marathons and also the epic, 'Race to The Stones,' 100kms Ultra Race placing top 20 out of 1200 participants. Bailey has plans to compete in the London Marathon this year and Hyrox, a multi faceted test of both fitness and strength.
