Our small group personal training model allows us to provide expert coaching within a positive and friendly environment.
Whilst we do have the best in class personal trainers, it’s in fact our community of like-minded, supportive people with a genuine care for helping members that makes us the best at what we do.
We understand that everyone’s goals are different which is why we built our gym around personal training!
We don’t believe in one size fits all… personal training is at the heart of what we do and we thrive off building a personalised and progressive approach that works best for the individual.
It’s no secret that big commercial gyms are intimidating and probably the last place that you’d like to go after a busy day with the children or working. THE ENGINE ROOM is built around our members, and our mission is to support and guide them every step of the way through their health and fitness journey.

Start with our 21-day experience and get all this
1-2-1 EVALUATION
To start your 21-Day Experience you'll meet with our Head Coach to discuss in detail your goals and set some starting metrics. You'll get chance to experience working out in the studio and get a 'feel' for how the space works and get comfortable. You'll also get a movement screen and strength testing to help you choose starting weights for your shared personal training sessions. We can take a non-invasive body composition assessment and discuss a nutrition plan in detail.
9 x SHARED PT SESSIONS
After your 1-2-1 evaluation you can then book your 9 x small group personal training sessions around your lifestyle. Train when suits you and at a level that is right for you. Our coaches are on hand to help you with your technique, choosing the right exercises that you personally need and also directing the correct weight choices with tweaks and cues to help intensify your workout
CONDITIONING CLASSES
We also offer Conditioning classes. This involves a combination of cardio and functional exercises to help compliment your Strength sessions. This will help to build your fitness.
NUTRITION PACK & PLANNING
Depending on your goals we will send you either our 'Fat Loss,' 'Muscle Gain' or 'Performance' nutrition support packs for your trial. Included in this is advice on how much to eat, meal prepping, calorie's explained, meal plans and recipes, snacks and check points.
GYM USE
Want to top up your sessions with extra training? Well this means you can access our gym on the ground floor at anytime. If you'd like extra advice on what to do then just let us know and we will advise you on what to do.
